Updating Your Aligners
You wear each set of trays only for a single week at a time. Once one tray has done its work, you move on to your next tray.

On average, patients reach full results within 12 to 18 months. However, patients will need to wear their aligner trays at least 22 hours a day to see timely results. Every moment your teeth are out of your trays is a moment they are not being moved into place.
